Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with green reflections. Aromas of citrus blossom, green apple, white flowers and a hint of wild herbs. The palate is light and crisp, with juicy acidity, a soft saline streak and a clean, refreshing finish that invites another sip.

About this wine

Le Bozze is the pure Vermentino of Caccia al Piano, the Ziliani family estate in Castagneto Carducci, within the celebrated Bolgheri area on the Tuscan coast. The floral label recalls the nature surrounding the vineyards and the wine's close bond with the nearby sea.

Fermented in stainless steel to preserve the varietal aromas, the wine then rests for four months on its fine lees with regular bâtonnage, which adds texture without losing freshness. It is bottled young under the Toscana IGT designation.

Light, fragrant and easy to drink, Le Bozze is made for immediate pleasure: an everyday coastal white from one of Bolgheri's most interesting producers.
