Tasting notes

Soft straw yellow with greenish tinges. Intense, delicate and lingering nose with a fine bouquet. Lively, fresh and rich on the palate, balanced, delicate and fine.

About this wine

Is Argiolas is the family's premium Vermentino di Sardegna, from selected grapes grown on limestone-clay soils with good sun exposure.

The grapes are pressed very lightly and only the first-press juice is used; after natural settling at 10-12 °C it ferments with native yeasts at 16-17 °C for about four weeks, with a small part fermented and matured in small French oak barrels. This listing is the 2021 vintage.
