A limited-edition rosé of floral finesse and aromatic elegance. Short skin contact gives a delicate colour; white and red varieties together bring freshness, red fruit and a fine, floral finish.

About this wine

XF is a limited-edition rosé from Sierra Cantabria, the Eguren family winery in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, Rioja. Its name honours the Marquise of Mirabel, Xandra Falcó, to whom this wine of floral finesse and aromatic elegance is dedicated.

The blend is 35% Garnacha, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Viura, 5% Maturana and 5% Tempranillo. The white grapes macerate for 48 hours in steel, then together with the red varieties for 72 hours at low temperature.

Elegant and floral. Serve at 8–10 °C.
