Bright ruby red. Juicy cherries, soft red berries and herbal spice on the nose. The palate is fruity and balanced, with supple tannins, fresh acidity and an elegant, dry finish.

About this wine

R&A Pfaffl Zweigelt "Pur" 2025 is a dry red from Lower Austria, made from Zweigelt, Austria's most widely planted red grape. Winemaker Roman Josef Pfaffl holds four Falstaff stars, and the Stetten estate has been named Austria's best producer several times in recent years.

Cherries, soft fruit and herbal spice lead to a fruity, balanced palate with an elegant finish. 13.5% alcohol.

Serve at 16–18 °C with tapas and pasta dishes.
