Tasting notes

Deep ruby. Red and dark fruit with spices on the nose. The palate is velvety and juicy, with soft tannins and an elegant finish. Notes of blackberry, garrigue herbs, black pepper and liquorice reflect the warm Languedoc, with a supple, persistent close.

The blend combines intensity with a spicy character, reflecting the warm, wind-swept landscape between the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees.

The wine was awarded a gold medal at the Berlin Wine Trophy. Velvety and juicy, with soft tannins, it is a generous southern French red for hearty meals.
