SI! is the wine rakia of Edoardo Miroglio, the estate founded by the Italian textile entrepreneur of the same name near Elenovo in the Nova Zagora area, one of the most respected wineries in Bulgaria.

It is an elegant Bulgarian wine distillate with a clean, soft and modern style, with the emphasis on its wine origin and delicate aromatics. The rakia is suitable as an aperitif or digestif, and goes well with fine starters, cheeses, nuts and light meat dishes. It stands out with a balanced taste and a pleasant finish.
