Tasting notes

Bright, translucent ruby red. The nose is fresh, with cherry, sour cherry and light floral touches. The palate is lively and harmonious, with good freshness, soft tannins and a pleasant savoury note on the finish.

About this wine

Canoso is a winery in Monteforte d'Alpone, in the eastern part of the province of Verona, that selects its grapes by hand and makes wines with character.

Intro is its young Valpolicella, a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella aged for eight months in stainless steel and at least four months in bottle, with no oak, to keep the fruit pure and vibrant.

Fresh, light and easy to drink, it is a bright everyday red from Veneto with a pleasant savoury touch.
