Tasting notes

Pale straw. An aromatic nose of rose petal, linden blossom and ripe peach from the Muscat. The palate surprises by being completely dry, with the Chardonnay adding body, texture and structure; fresh acidity keeps it balanced through a clean, perfumed finish.

About this wine

Enophile 2020 from Rossidi is a blend of Muscat and Chardonnay, an unusual combination that works remarkably well. The Muscat brings the aromatics – rose, linden blossom and peach – while the Chardonnay provides the body and structure that Muscat on its own tends to lack.

The result is a dry white that smells sweet but drinks straight and clean: perfumed and inviting on the nose, fresh and balanced on the palate, with a textured mid-palate and a dry, lifted finish.

Serve at 8–10 °C as an aperitif, with Asian cuisine or with salads containing fruit.
