Tasting notes

Light straw-yellow colour with fine green reflections and a persistent fine mousse. Aromas of green apple, pear and citrus with notes of white flowers and a light brioche touch. Dry, fresh and elegant on the palate, with crisp acidity and a clean, lingering finish.

About this wine

Tourbillon Brut is the sparkling wine of Magura Winery, founded in 1967 in the village of Rabisha in north-west Bulgaria. The whole production uses modern equipment with full control of every step, and the wines mature in French, Bulgarian and American oak before ageing in the galleries of the Magura cave.

Tourbillon is made from 100% hand-picked Chardonnay. It has a light straw-yellow colour with fine green reflections and perfect clarity, and a nose of green apple, pear and citrus with notes of white flowers.

Serve at 6–8 °C with seafood, sushi and fresh salads.
