About this wine

Patricia is Cantina Girlan's Pinot Noir from three sites, Girlan, Mazon and Pinzon, at 380 to 530 metres in Oltradige and Bassa Atesina, on moraine over volcanic porphyry and on west-facing loamy limestone.

The hand-picked grapes ferment for 18 to 20 days in steel, and the wine ages 12 months in large 50-hectolitre oak casks and six months in bottle. Ruby red, it shows sweet and sour cherry and raspberry, with lively acidity, a juicy finish and a velvety structure. This listing is the 2020 vintage.
