Tasting notes

Pale pink. Fresh aromas of strawberry, raspberry and citrus blossom. The palate is dry, crisp and delicate, with bright red fruit, lively acidity and a clean finish, a result of gentle whole-bunch pressing and cool fermentation.

About this wine

Angel's Estate is located near Nova Zagora in the Thracian Lowlands, and its Deneb line is named after one of the brightest stars of the northern sky.

This 2021 rosé is made with care at every step: grapes are hand-harvested and sorted, whole bunches are pressed gently at low pressure, and the juice is cold-clarified and fermented at 12–15 °C with selected yeasts to preserve fresh, delicate fruit.

Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C as an aperitif or with salads, seafood and light summer dishes.
