Tasting notes

Delicate pale pink colour. The nose shows wild strawberry, cherry and red currant with gentle floral notes of rose and a hint of herbs. The palate is dry and fresh, light-bodied with balanced acidity and a clean, fruity finish.

About this wine

Rosaspina is an elegant rosé from Zlaten Rozhen, a prestigious Bulgarian producer from the Melnik area in the Struma Valley. It is made from Sangiovese, the great red grape of Tuscany, which gives the wine a fresh, fruity profile with delicate floral notes.

Rosaspina combines traditional Bulgarian winemaking with a modern style: light, pleasant structure and balanced acidity. It is ideal for summer evenings, aperitifs and light cuisine.
