Bright yellow. A fresh, fruity nose of apple, pear and citrus with delicate aromatic hints. The palate is elegant and light-footed, with crisp acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

About this wine

Castelfeder is a family winery in South Tyrol, founded in 1969 by Alfons Giovanett and run today by the third generation. Its Mont Mès line gathers the estate's youngest and freshest wines, made for easy, unpretentious enjoyment.

This Chardonnay comes from selected vineyards in the Bassa Atesina, the southern part of Alto Adige. The grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed, then fermented in stainless steel and left for five months on the fine lees, which adds texture without masking the fruit.

Lively, moderate in alcohol and driven by crisp acidity, it is a bright, versatile white for aperitifs and light dishes.
